Customer information

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Customer must be over 18 years of age and have a valid email address and phone number.

The Customer also accepts that Caramel Helsinki Oy can send the Customer messages related to the order via e-mail or text messages.

Before ordering

It is the customer's responsibility to read the product information on the website and these terms of purchase and order. The customer must indicate any allergies at the product selection stage, under "List your candy wishes / Candies you cannot tolerate / to whom you are allergic" here.

The customer is responsible for the suitability of the product for his own use.

We remind you that most orders are delivered directly to the mailbox, Please note as a customer any pets in the household. If you want an order elsewhere than in your home mailbox, contact customer service.

Delivery

Candy day orders are packed on Mondays, ie the order always starts from the following week, unless the customer wants a different start time when placing the order.

For the time being, orders are only delivered to the home country. Depending on the size of the order, the delivery time is 1-7 business days. Candy Day orders are always delivered directly to your home, for other orders the size determines the delivery method.

We use Posti's services to mail orders.

Other orders are packed on weekdays, within 1-3 working days of ordering. Mail delivery time 1-7 business days.

The

Order cancellation / return

Pursuant to Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, there is no right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling in individual deliveries of foodstuffs, in this case confectionery. Caramel Helsinki Oy is responsible for incorrect, incomplete or otherwise defective deliveries. The customer must contact customer service immediately if the delivered product does not correspond to the appropriate quality and the customer wants to complain about his order.

When a customer purchases a Candy Day membership , they commit to a “membership period” of their choice and there is no right to return the purchase. The fee is charged as a one-time fee. Membership does not automatically continue after the end of the period, unless the customer himself / herself indicates his / her willingness to continue with customer service.

Payment for the order

CREDIT / DEBIT card payments are used as a payment method for private customers. Payment transactions are made via the Stripe service (https://stripe.com/fi).

The

Company orders

Larger business orders are always handled via email. The organization must confirm its order by the due date, after which the offer expires. The price of the subscription offered is always valid only for the organization offered, and that offer cannot be reused.

Once the order is confirmed, the organization commits to the order and it can no longer be canceled.
